Schedule for Permit Applications

The schedule below lists the publishing deadline for notice to the public in the official city newspaper (St. Paul Pioneer Press) for land use (zoning) applications which are required by state law to be heard at the Planning Commission or City Council level.

Minnesota's "60-Day Rule" (MN Statute 15.99) sets out specific timelines to approve or deny zoning requests such as variances and conditional use permits.
