BUILDING PERMIT FEES HAVE CHANGED AS OF 08-21-2023

Please see the first document below:  New Building Permit Fees as of 08-21-2023 for new amounts.

The following list of permit forms are for simple applications.  Applications of a complex nature may require additional zoning permits or review. Please contact the Afton City Building Official, Isaac Stensland, at 651-436-7669 or the City Planner at 612-548-3137. 

Completed applications can be emailed, along with a flash drive of the building plan, to permitapplications@ci.afton.mn.us.

Please note that all of permit applications can be downloaded to your computer where they can be completed on-line.
