Chicken Permit

Afton requires a Permit for keeping Chickens on properties of Less than 5 acres. The permit is a one-time permanent permit, but requirements for housing the chickens, the number allowed and setbacks from neighboring properties are regulated. The attached permit and document explains all requirements.
